LAS VEGAS HIGH RISES
  
One Queensridge Place
One Queensridge Place is the first vertical custom condominium home community in the northwest Las Vegas valley. A 1.4 million-square-foot development on 31 acres at the northeast corner of Alta Drive and Rampart Boulevard that will include office, retail and residential. The development will feature two 18-story towers, 340 condo units that will range from 1,100 to 2,300 sq. ft. Amenities include men's and women's spas, fitness center, wine cellar with private dining room and kitchen available for private functions, wine tasting room with bin storage for each homeowner, indoor and outdoor pools, billiards room, retreat/card room, concierge service, 25 seat theater room and much more.
Allure Las Vegas
A magnificent 41-story high-rise condominium tower of contemporary design overlooking the world famous Las Vegas Strip.
Cosmopolitan
This hotel/casino/condominium project is located on the Strip. It is situated on 8.5 acres at Las Vegas Boulevard South and Harmon Avenue, adjacent to the Bellagio. The two 53-story aquamarine glass towers will contain 4 million sq. ft. of 2,600 units of condominium and hotel units. They will range in size from 600 sq. ft. to 900 sq ft. in size. The two towers will be connected by a five-story low-rise with 300,000 sq. ft. of restaurants, retail shops and entertainment space. The Cosmopolitan will have 400 ft. of Strip frontage
Fontainebleau Las Vegas
The 3,812-room, 63-story Fontainebleau Las Vegas hotel/condo-hotel/casino will be modern and chic in design and include: a 95,000 sq. ft. Casino,  a 60,000 sq. ft. spa, a 3,300-seat performing arts theater, 1,018 condo-hotel units, 180,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 400,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor conference space, and state of the art nightclubs and 24 restaurants and lounges.
Metropolis
Pretty much completed. Sold out. $33 million, 21-story Metropolis tower. It is located at the northeast corner of Debbie Reynolds Drive and Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas. The project is being built by Vegas Venture Partners, LP, which is led by Houston-based developer Randall Davis. It is situated on a narrow 60,000 sq. ft. lot, the cast-in-place high-rise contains 71 condominium-units.
MGM Project City Center
The "Project CityCenter" as MGM officials call it, will stand on the 66-acre site located on Las Vegas Strip, between Belaggio and Monte Carlo, and part of the now imploded Boardwalk Hotel & Casino. The total cost of the project is expected to exceed $7 billion. For comparison, "Project CityCenter" is the size of New York City's Rockefeller Center, SoHo, and Times Square combined. The plans include a 4,000-room hotel and casino, three 400-room boutique hotels, 1,650 condominiums and 550,000 square feet of a retail, dining and entertainment area.
 

 

One Las Vegas
 There will be five 21-story towers, totaling 1,000 residential-units. Condominiums will range from 830 to 2,850 sq. ft. in size. One Las Vegas will be situated on 19.5 acres with anticipated build-out by 2010.

 

Panorama
Towers I and II arc located on 8.5 acres at Harmon Avenue and Industrial Road in Las Vegas. The first tower is a $93 million, 33-story building. It is well under construction and set to open by March 2006. The 394 foot-tall tower has 308 condominium units, ranging from 700 to 4,500 sq. ft. in size. It also has a one-level, 5,000 sq. ft. retail area, located along Industrial Road, plus 10 town homes surrounding the pool area to soften the appearance of the tower. The second parallel tower, which has also broken ground, will connect to the first building by a porte-cochere entrance. It is scheduled to open late 2006. Tower Ill is currently for sale and has 335 units on a separate parcel from sold out Towers I and II. 

 

Palms Place
Palms Place will be a 520-foot condominium hotel and spa. It will be a 50-story, 599-unit high-rise residential condo/hotel. It will share with Palms Casino Resort 34 acres which is located at the southeast corner of West Flamingo Road and Arville Street in Las Vegas. The condo tower itself will be built on the far west end of the property and connect to the Palms via a 300 foot elevated glass-enclosed moving walkway. The fully furnished units will range from 600 to 7,000 sq. ft. in size. Palms Place is a condo hotel tower so owners can rent-out their home when it is not in use.

 

Park Towers Las Vegas
 This 24 hour guard-gated community consists of 20 residential buildings. There are 6 floor plans all with 10-foot high ceilings and include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The living spaces range from 1,021 to 1,999 square feet. These units offer oversized garden terraces that range from 170 to 410 square feet. Some outstanding features include on-site concierge services which may handle your everyday needs such as making reservations, personal shopping, house cleaning, dry cleaning services and more. The community also offers the Park Avenue Fitness Club which includes an indoor/outdoor pool with steam room, locker rooms, extensive cardio and weight training and a spa treatment room. If you choose, you may also enjoy the lighted tennis and basketball courts.

 

Pinnacle Las Vegas
This project has two 36-story towers rise more than 400 feet into the air. Tower residences are available in nine spacious floor plans offering superlative studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom suites. Unique residences include two-story penthouses, poolside bungalows and breathtaking sky bridge suites.

 

Platinum
It is a $112 million, 255-unit condominium-hotel. This 18-story luxury tower will have fully furnished rooms, ranging from 911 to 2,410 sq. ft. in size. This project has broken ground and is expected to finish by spring 2006. Residents can actually choose to rent their unit b the night to tourists. Marcus Hotels & Resorts will manage The Platinum property.

 

Renaissance Las Vegas
The Renaissance Las Vegas hotel offers cool, contemporary style and distinctive services and a variety of exclusive features, including 548 spacious total guest rooms, on 14 floors and 30 luxury suites, ranging from 859 to 1,681 square feet .

 

 

Signature at MGM Grand
This luxury four-star property will consist of three condo hotel towers offering studio, one and two bedroom suites with all the amentiesof luxery including 24 -hour guard house entrance, 24-hour valet, state of the art fitness centers and owner's lounge.

 

Sky
$325 million, 45-story condominium tower. The 405-unit high-rise project will sit on three acres near Sahara Avenue and the Strip. This is a pure condo project located right on the Strip. They are in sales and have some beautiful units left.

 

Stanhi
The Stanhi building will be located downtown in the Arts district and developed by Sam Cherry Development. Stanhi will have a modern architectural exterior design and a modern Asian style interior design. The building will rise approximately 600 feet with 50 stories, boutique ground floor shops, 24-hour Doorman, Concierge and Valet services, Indoor Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, and an outdoor garden with pet area.

 

Streamline Tower

Trump Towers
This condo-hotel project will consist of two towers. The first tower will be 645-foot-tall building with over 1,000 units. They range from 636 sq. ft. to 1,057 sq. ft. in size. They have combinations of 1,693 sq. ft. and 50 exquisite residential homes ranging in size from 3,000 sq. ft. to over 10,000 sq. ft. They are currently selling the second tower

 

Turnberry Place
Located at the corner of Paradise Road and Riviera Boulevard. All residences have wrap-around glass balconies with superb views of the city and surrounding mountains. There are ten floorplans available ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 sq. ft. for the first three towers constructed. Tower Four, the last of the 40-story towers being built at Turnberry Place, will have 231 units when complete.

 

 

Turnberry Towers
Turnberry Towers will have two 45-story tall high-rise residential towers, and will offer one, two and three bedroom luxury condos and penthouses. 632 combined units. It will be located at Karen Avenue and Paradise Road in Las Vegas. The first tower is tentatively scheduled to break ground some time this summer. It is projected to be completed in late 2007.

Boca Raton
Mid-rise condominium project with 756 units spread throughout four 7-story buildings. It is located on the southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue. It will be in the heart of the exciting up and coming south Strip. The architecture is fashioned in the style of 1920’s Florida.

Located in the heartof downtown's Art District, this $45 million project will have a 16-story tall tower with a choice of seven different floor plans, ranging from 1,336 to 1,855 sq. ft. Soho Lofts is the first of many high-rise condominium projects planned for the downtown area and is the first to be started as part of the redevelopment of Las Vegas. The structure will include 5 floors of enclosed parking above the ground floor retail/restaurant level. The roof includes a pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, and observation deck. The pool deck floor lies on the roof at a height of 303 feet, and is surrounded by an 8-foot windwall.
